#HappySpots: Happy Spots are public ‘spaces’ to turn Optimism into action.Happy Spots help brighten communities and beautify neighborhoods.Collaboratively developed by local artists, community members and organizations. This week long initiative is the opportunity for volunteers to join hands and spread happiness as much as possible.
