Assam ranks 25th out of 28 Indian states with respect to quality education making an urgent case for intervention. Its remote location, sensitive ecology, and diverse cultural context has attracted a very few NGOs and changemakers to bring about much-needed educational reforms. Mantra4Change, along with you, is excited to take up this extremely challenging and rewarding task of ushering systemic change in education in the state.
We work with decision makers and facilitators in the government, collaborate with local NGOs who have better understanding of the region, and employ technology to bring transparency in the system. We believe that creating a conducive environment is the first step in improving student outcomes.
