When Indians are celebrating DaanUtsav (the joy of giving week October 2-8) few professionals working on Mental Health have come together to share their experiences to lead a healthy life. We are fortunate to have them in one platform. The 100 minutes retreat is focussed on helping the people who are in development sector as worker or as volunteer and always facing the disasters/pandemic/un healthy situations/people with illness etc. Though they are most positive and compassionate, need good practices and some time a retreat like this.
