A women’s health is not only crucial to her well-being, but also to the well-being of her family and community. Although menstrual health is a critical aspect contributing towards adolescent and women health, soit is often not given enough importance due to stigmas, biases, mindsets, and the secondary status of women. Menstrual hygiene is one of the most challenging development issues in India. for this we want to support menstrual health awareness and management. with the help of Ujaas provides a holistic program which focuses on three crucial aspects of awareness, distribution, and sustainability.
