FSL-India is raising funds to support the children of the migrant community at Kundapur. These children are deprived of formal education due to the nomadic existence of their parents, who move from place to place in search of employment. The children often go to work with their parents and some have to stay at home to look after their siblings and their ‘tent’ home. FSL-India provides basic education to these children, which helps them to scale up and enroll in regular schools, subsequently.The paper products are all handmade by our program participants and the program facilitators. The proceeds go towards teaching materials, clothes, snacks and health checkups for the children.
