Sewa Mela

De Haath Society works in Old Lucknow on Zardozi artisans and their families. Last year a blood donation camp was conducted with support of Indian Red Cross Society, U.P. branch. The objective of the activities this year is to involve people of all age groups and make the festival inclusive of everyone in community of Zardozi artisans. This is to create the feeling of a festival/carnival. Seva Mela implies a fete for services. Activities: 1) medical camp 2.)eye checkup 3.)shramdaan for making a playground 4.)storytelling for children 5.)craft workshop for children
