About Vidyachetana Fundraiser

Many bright children cannot access higher education because their families do not have means to pay for higher education. This is especially true amongst the urban, rural poor communities of the country. To address this issue, the Vidyachetana Scheme was set up in 2009 to sponsor deserving children from economically weaker communities to pursue higher education.

Vidyachetana initiative is currently focused on identifying deserving students from backward areas of Karnataka to support them to pursue quality education and gainful employment.

We request your support to help us nurture these children. Your generous support will go a long way in ensuring quality education to these deserving students.

You can choose extending support to any of the following programs (per annum) or event opt to pay partially for the schemes –

1.PUC- Rs 15000

Fund for 1 Student for enrolling in Pre-University Course

2.Graduation- Rs 25000

Help a deserving student finish her graduation

3.Engineering & Medical Education – Rs 50000

Help a student become an Engineer/Doctor by enrolling in a reputed College.

You are also welcome to show us more support by signing up to take part in a unique virtual marathon with family & friends. Details here: www.youthforseva.org/virtual-marathon

The goal of YFS is to support schools, destitute shelters, government hospitals, and other organizations in the social sector through volunteers who can help them mitigate some of their shortcomings and challenges.

With more than 15,000 volunteers on board from across 23 cities working for various social causes, Youth for Seva is taking consistent steps towards creating a movement of organized volunteering for societal well-being. Find out more about Youth for Seva at www.youthforseva.org

With your generous support, we would be able to support students from under-served communities to pursue quality education and gainful employment.
