Do Surya Namaskara at home daily from October 2 to October 8. At the end of the week donate Rs 10 for education of socially deprived children for each Surya Namaskara done. If you do 10 rounds of surya namaskara each day, you complete 70 during Daanutsav week. You can donate Rs 700 to education of socially deprived children via online link https://abhyudayakkss.org/donate/ which will be used for education of children at slums and lower income group areas. Abhyudaya will provide a certificate and a thanking letter written from a child to all the participants of this virtual event.
