World Cerebral Palsy Day

USB Foundation, India and Leti Arts, Ghana e-celebrated World Cerebral Palsy Day today with the participants from diverse backgrounds. Abhinav Pandey and Pratibha Sahu, Co-Founders of USB Foundation facilitated the webinar. Mrs. Manjusha Singh from Cerebral Palsy Association of India joined from Bhopal. She shared her inspiration and experience about working on Cerebral Palsy (CP) for more than 25 years. Mrs. Monica Bansal, President of Inner Wheel Club of Lucknow shared her thoughts on the issue and showed her interest in supporting us for our future endeavours.

Some CP children from Nirvan Rehab Centre, Lucknow joined the webinar to showcase their talents in the form of Painting, Singing, Dancing, Elocution, Recitation and many more. It was a heart touching moment for us to watch these children enjoy and entertain others on the webinar.

Mr. Eyram and Ms. Farida (Creator of Karmzah Superheroine) told about the journey of Karmzah and the superpowers that exist in each of the CP child, we just need to recognise the strengths and nourish it to become a better individual. Eyram encouraged and motivated the CP children and other participants to realise their potential to bring about a positive change in the society.

At the end shortlisted candidates of Super-Divyang event shared their paintings. Results were decided and declared by Leti Arts. Winners will be given Amazon gift vouchers worth rupees 3000, 2000 and 1000.
