Empower: Caregiving as a Career

Unknown to us, many caregivers prioritize the well-being of their dear ones suffering from long term ailment and put their life on hold to take care of them. But this impacts their financial independence and well-being.
Caregiver Saathi Foundation is raising funds to build a training academy for caregivers specially women to provide them space and support to repurpose their life. The training academy will train caregivers from marginalized backgrounds and help them upskill their caregiving capabilities, improve their digital literacy and ensure employability.

Investing in women’s untapped potential and providing them opportunities for financial independence can benefit our economy and the communities worldwide. We are building a community to support and empower women caregivers in many ways.
